1 banana
240g zero-fat Greek yogurt
2 eggs
90g peanut butter
70g honey
50g oats
1 tsp baking powder (about 4g)
1 pinch of salt
120g frozen blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix mashed banana, Greek yogurt, egg, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
3. Stir in oats, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until combined.
4. Gently fold in blueberries.
5. Divide batter evenly into cupcake holders (strongly recommended as it makes them hold their shape better and easier to take out) then put them into a muffin tray (I find 6-8 works well)
6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
7. Let muffins cool so they firm up.
8. Enjoy! 💪

I tried these, they weren't great 😅. Maybe its just my taste buds
Not healthy
The idea is outstanding I enjoyed every second of it.
You shouldve used cottage cheese 😂😂

Why the obsession with peanut butter? Omega6 unbalance in them is getting you burns from sun exposure for no reason.
Problem is I'll eat 10 of those which defeats the purpose for me😂😂
Great recipe for sure❤
Yeah. I have all the ingredients right now.
Nice! I love blueberries! Who would imagine muffins could be healthy if done with the right ingredients? Really cool.
