Greek yogurt chicken marinade ingredients
• 1/2 cup greek yogurt (substitute any thick yogurt)
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp parsley
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, (Pound the chicken breast or slice it into half)
Cooking tips:
• Marinate the chicken for atleast 2 hours in the refrigerator.
• Take it out from the refrigerator and keep it on the kitchen counter until it comes to room temperature before grilling it.
• Grill the chicken when the pan is hot enough that you hear sizzling sound when you put the marinated chicken on the grill pan.
