Soprano Christina Petrou recently delighted audiences in the Netherlands with a performance of Greek Christmas carols during a concert with the Johann Strauss Orchestra, conducted by Dutch maestro André Rieu.
In the spectacular show at a packed MECC venue in Rieu’s hometown of Maastricht, Petrou was joined by 400 wind musicians, with Charis Laurijsen and Panos Dimakis accompanying her on the bouzouki.
