Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is set to meet with outgoing President Katerina Sakellaropoulou today at noon at the Presidential Palace.
This marks their final official meeting before Sakellaropoulou’s term as President of the Hellenic Republic comes to an end in three days.
According to an announcement from the Prime Minister’s Press Office, the meeting will take place at 12:00 PM on Monday, March 10.
Sakellaropoulou, who became Greece’s first female President in 2020, will officially leave office on March 13. On the same day, her successor, Konstantinos Tasoulas, will be sworn in as the new President of the Republic.
