This is truly the simplest family dinner to exist and not only that, it’s downright delicious. Creamy orzo, juicy lamb meatballs… damn!
The real twist in these meatballs? California walnuts. Instead of breadcrumbs, we’re using finely chopped walnuts to bring richness, texture, and a beautiful nutty flavour that takes these meatballs to the next level.
