Greek Lamb Cutlets 💙

Here’s what I marinate my cutlets with before cooking them on the bbq.
For 6 Cutlets
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Tsp Vegeta Stock
1 Tbsp Dried oregano 🌿
1/2 Lemon 🍋 Fresh juice, use the same half to baste while cooking.
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Very hot bbq add your cutlets and don’t touch for about a minute and turn them. 1 minute on the other side. Repeat until you cook them how you prefer them. I cook them 3 minutes on each side. Making sure the fat is rendered well. Remove and let them rest for 3 minutes.
I served them with my beetroot salad and some Greek yogurt! DELISH!
