On our latest edition of Peek at the Peak X101’s John Harrison is once again joined by Greek Peak’s Marketing Director Jon Spaulding to discuss some of the great deals coming to the mountain such as February’s Winterfest and March Mayhem.
John Harrison: [00:00:00] Good morning everybody. Welcome back to another brand new edition of Peak At the Peak. It’s John Harrison in the studio. Joined over the line, as always by Jon Spalding up at Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Jon, thanks so much for joining me.
Jon Spaulding: Thanks for having me on Harrison. We’re just gonna keep the, good times rolling after that.
Fantastic. Martin Luther King weekend, this past weekend. We’re just gonna keep it going.
John Harrison: Yeah, of course. How was, how was the weekend up there? How was, how was the snow, the, the skiing? Everybody having a, a good time enjoying those deals up on the mountain?
Jon Spaulding: Absolutely. Conditions have been fantastic.
People raving about, all the terrain that we had covered. And, just a great time was had, the hotel was full, the slopes were packed and it’s just great to see people come out, on that weekend.
John Harrison: Yeah. Awesome. I’m glad it was a, it was a good turnout. I actually got to check out the mountain, a little bit last Friday night.
See it. And hey, speaking of Friday night, tonight, I know there’s a, something going on. ’cause I was, I was there last Friday. I am looking forward to it again tonight. And that’s the, the, the apris heirloom, tasting right.

You wanna tell us about some of the great things going up on the mountain during February?
Jon Spaulding: Definitely, mark your calendars, everybody for Saturday, February 21st. That’s our Winter Fest celebration. It’s on, the tail end of President’s Week, which is, which promises to be a great ski, week for us.
But lots of, cool activities we’ve planned. We’ll have a DJ on the deck. We’ll have some, demos, by burgers, skiing and snowboard shop. [00:02:00] And some other vendors and just a lot of activities. But it’s also, the kickoff to our, 20 26, 27 season pass sale. So. Mark it down Winter Fest and more details to come soon.
John Harrison: Yeah, looking forward to it. It’s gonna be a real great time and, best time to, to celebrate winter. I think Definitely, February. ’cause that’s kind of where, where, at least for me, I kind of start getting a little sick of the, of the, the gross cold down here on the road. So it’s nice to go see the, the beautiful mountain up at Hope Lake Lodge.

Jon Spaulding: Absolutely. And then mark your calendars even further. Harrison, we’ve got, march Mayhem going on during the month of March. So, we’ll have some details on this coming out next week, but free skiing for all of our guests who stay at Hope Lake Lodge during, the month of March.
I mean, that’s not a good pull or a reason for you to get out and not just ski the mountain, but stay at Hope Lake Lodge. I don’t know what else there could.
John Harrison: Alright, well, I mean, you, I, it seems like you read my mind there ’cause I was gonna say, Hey, Jon’s starting to run outta time. Any [00:03:00] last things you wanna, throw on there?
Maybe looking real far ahead, but yeah. Wow. All right. March mayhem. We gotta, we get to hear it here first folks, as, there’s gonna be free skiing for anyone standing at Hope Lake Lodge during the month of March. Of course, more details coming out next week. That’s a pretty sweet deal.
