Recipe (343 kcal, 25 gm protein, 6gm fibre) ⬇️
Ingredients
• 25 g oat flour
• 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 15 g of ON Gold Standard Whey – unflavoured
• 70 g Greek yogurt
• 15 ml low fat milk
• 6 g melted coconut oil
• 2 tsp sweetener
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• pinch salt
• 7-8 Chocolate Chips (optional center)
Method –
Mix oat flour, cocoa, whey, baking powder, salt.
Add Greek yogurt, milk, melted coconut oil, sweetener.
Stir until smooth and slightly thick (like brownie batter).
Preheat air fryer to 170°C for 3 minutes
Grease a small ramekin (10–12 cm).
Pour batter and add chocolate chips on top.
Air fry at 170°C for 6-7 minutes
Remove from the airfyer, let it cool and dig in 🍫🧁

Yes it is high in protein, but body needs more than just protein my dear. I really appreciate you sharing your high protein recipes with everyone. You are doing an amazing job and you deserve praise for that. But I just want to say that saying this recipe is better than poha is not right (not a poha paglu btw), because body needs fiber, vitamins, minerals, carbs and fats also. In recipes like this- there is no fiber at all. Fiber is very essential for your protein intake. Pair it with a bowl of salad and something with carbs- then you have a perfect breakfast but this alone is not. Please share the other side too. Also your body can make it's own protein from your carbs for all essential amino acids are present in your diet, but body can not make fiber, vitamins and mineral.
