INGREDIENTS:
– 1 liter of milk
– 100 g fine semolina NOT FLOUR
– 2 eggs
– 120 g sugar
– peel of a lemon
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– a little salt
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 50 g of butter
* Extra:
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 tsp milk
A tray with a diameter of 24 cm

is there something else that can be used instead of egg yolk for the top? like perhaps add sugar and burn it like creme brûlée?? that is just an idea but I am wondering if there is a substitute??
Congratulations for not using baking sheet! It is the first video where it is not used. Congratulations!! I hardly wait to try this recipe. The only change is that I would not use starch also, it is considered the most dangerous carb existing due to its structure and glicemic index (it is not the usual starch from potatoes, it is artificial)

È un dolce molto buono. Ne abbiamo uno quasi identico in Italia, lo fanno a Napoli e si chiama migliaccio. Lo fanno nel periodo del Carnevale. Al posto del burro mettono la ricotta. Più leggero e delicato. Buonissimo 👏👏👏
