INGREDIENTS:
– 1 liter of milk
– 100 g fine semolina NOT FLOUR
– 2 eggs
– 120 g sugar
– peel of a lemon
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– a little salt
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 50 g of butter

* Extra:
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 tsp milk
A tray with a diameter of 24 cm
