Ich hab es heute gemacht. Man muss es definitiv abkühlen lassen, damit die restliche Flüssigkeit verdampft und es schön cremig wird. Für die Proteine gab's dazu einen vollfett körnigen Frischkäse. Hat sehr gut gepasst.
