Fantastic Patisserie Cookies !



Ingredients (48 pieces)
9 g dry yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
400 ml milk
100 g butter
100 g sugar
700 g of all purpose flour
50 g butter
Sugar
Egg yolk

Method
Make the dough for our cookies. Dissolve the yeast and 2 teaspoons of sugar in the lukewarm milk.
Add the melted butter, 100 g sugar and mix well.

Then incorporate the flour, until it becomes a fluffy dough. When it is ready, cover it and let it rise for 1 hour.

When ready, shape it slightly and divide it into 2 parts. Roll them out into sheets, spread soft butter and sugar.

Then, cut them in half and then into strips, as the video shows.

Next, take one strip, bring the edges together and flip.

Place the cookies on a baking tray with non-stick paper.

Finally, brush them with egg yolk and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius, until golden brown.
