Greece’s Eurovision 2025 star Klavdia is heading Down Under as the support act for Konstantinos Argiros’ highly anticipated The Greek Dream Tour, where the duo will be performing in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.

The Greek goddess shined at Eurovision 2025 in Basel with her entry Asteromata which finished in sixth place in the Grand Final. She achieved Greece’s third top 10 result in a decade and their best placing since 2013.

Klavdia Papadopoulou, who goes by just Klavdia, started off her music career at just 15-years-old when she auditioned for the fifth season of Greece’s Got Talent in 2017, where she performed Michael Jackson’s song Billie Jean.

The following year she competed in the fifth season of The Voice of Greece. Her performance of the band Police’s hit single Roxanne earned her praise from all the judges and she ended up in Helena Paparizou’s team. Klavdia progressed through the show just missing out on qualifying for the final three.

Her experiences on the talent shows led to her being signed to the Greek record labels Arcade Music and Panik Records where she began releasing her own music.

In 2022 Klavdia applied to represent Greece at Eurovision 2023 with the song Holy Water, but missed out on the opportunity as Victor Vernicos was selected to go to Liverpool.

Klavdia released her self-titled debut EP in 2024 and her debut album Asteromata just this year.

Klavdia’s glasses have become her trademark where similarities have been made with Greek singer and politician Nana Mouskouri.

In 2025 Klavdia went into the Greek Eurovision national final Ethinkos Telikos as one of the favourites. She went on to finish in first place in the overall vote of the international juries and the public televote earning her a spot to represent Greece in Basel.

At Eurovision the Australian televote awarded Klavdia 5 points in her semi-final and 7 points in the Grand Final. The Aussie jury awarded her their douze points in the Grand Final. It was the first time an Australian jury has awarded Greece with 12 points at Eurovision.

Klavdia being partnered with Konstantinos Argiros is a huge step in her career. The tour will mark her first live appearances in Australia.

Konstantinos Argiros is one of Greece’s most popular contemporary singers. He is best known for his huge hits Ximeromata, Athina Mou and Elpida.

The song Elpida went on to be selected by OGAE Greece to compete in the fan made OGAE Song Contest in 2023, where he finished in 11th place.
