The food was absolutely delightful, expertly catered by renowned Chef Jessie. Guests particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon caviar pie served with crispy ciabatta croutons as an appetizer. This was followed by a refreshing green salad topped with dried fruits and nuts, dressed in a delicious raspberry vinaigrette. The buffet table was filled with an abundance of dishes, but guests focused on the Chilean sea bass and succulent prawns, along with second helpings of the green salad. The lechon with liver sauce was so delicious that guests couldn’t resist having some, leaving the roast beef at the carving station less taken.
