1. 2 capsicum sliced
2. 2 onion sliced
3. 2 pack milky mist skyr Greek yoghurt
4. 10 ML extra virgin olive oil
5. 10 g unsalted roasted peanuts
6. 1 tsp Wheat flour
7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
8. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
9. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
10. 1 tsp jeera
11. Five garlic chopped
12. Two green chilli chopped
13. Salt
14. Coriander leaf

preparation of this recipe

1. Take a bowl
2. Now add capsicum, Onion, pounded peanuts, 5ml extra virgin olive oil, All the masalas, Salt, Coriander leaf
3. Mix it well and keep it aside
4. Now take a Kadai and Add remaining olive oil
5. Add Jeera, Garlic, Green chilli and sautΓ© for one min In medium flame
6. Now add the capsicum mixture
7. Toss it in high flame for 3 to 4 mins.
8. Now add 30 of water along with wheat flour
9. Mix it for next one minute, and switch off the flame
10. Now add all the greek yoghurt and mix it well for 2 to 3 minutes Without switch on the flame
11. Now switch on the flame and keep it in low. Mix it for one minute.
12. Finally, sprinkle some coriander leaf
13. Enjoy it!!!
