RIK, the official broadcaster of Cyprus, announced a while ago the choreographer who will be in charge of this year’s Cypriot entry. This is Borja Rueda, a highly experienced choreographer from Spain with extensive experience from global music scenes and events!
More specifically, Borja Rueda has worked in television, theater and music industry, has collaborated with huge international names such as Antonio Banderas, while he has choreographed musicals such as “Gypsy” and “Company”. He is currently collaborating with Spanish pop star Ana Mena, while he participated in the choreographies of Junior Eurovision 2024 and this year’s Benidorm Fest.
See below a sample of Borja Rueda’s work. He has choreographed very well-known songs, and it seems that his original choreographies, combined with his contemporary style, will add beautiful elements to Theo Evan’s performance in Basel.
After the highly successful OGAE Cyprus party last Saturday, the revelation of the choreographer was a very pleasant surprise that comes to complement the already known information about the song. Through Andreas Anastasiou, Head of Press of the Cypriot delegation, we learned that Theo Evan’s video clip has been prepared and will be presented in the first week of March, with a possible date the 10th of March.
