He’s known on social media for his energy and wild dance moves but Clive Ibizugbe, better known as Big Groove, did something different this time for his big following online – trying Greek food – and he liked it.
His video about it went viral, of course, and he picked The Big Greek Cafe in Montgomery, MD for his first taste, a nice hit for the restaurant given how many followers he has.
The cafe has a reputation for authentic, homemade dishes. Founded in Montgomery County in 2009 by twin brothers Nikos and Simos Marmaras, the restaurant chain is a tribute to their mother, Koralia Marmaras, whose dream was to open a restaurant that served the comfort food she prepared at home.
The Marmaras family’s dedication to food stretches back generations, with their father, Vassilios, having immigrated from the Greek island of Andros and working in restaurants since 1968, said Mocoshow.
The Big Greek Cafe prides itself on using the freshest ingredients to craft traditionally-inspired Greek dishes for customers.
