On Saturday, December 20, Athens will transform into a sparkling stage stretching from Monastiraki and Victoria Square to Lambrini, Pangrati, Ermou Street, and Omonia. Music ensembles, street parties, jazz, classical performances, dance, yoga sessions, and thematic events will fill neighborhoods with festive sounds and energy. Christmas Latin Party, Kerameikos, 2:30 p.m.
Salaminos Street in Kerameikos hosts a vibrant Latin American celebration with sizzling sandos, fragrant empanadas, and vinyl beats transporting attendees from Rio to Havana. The pedestrian street takes on a colorful, summery atmosphere for the holiday occasion.
Protogenous Street Party, 5 p.m.
Protogenous Street becomes a mini-city of music and creativity. DJs will set the tone on the first night (Dec. 20), while emerging alternative bands take over on Dec. 21. Local shops and workshops remain open, adding flavors and aromas to the festive evenings.
Lambrini Street Party, 7 p.m.
Lambrini emerges as the new hotspot for electronic music. ENDEKA Athens transforms the northern neighborhood into a lively, illuminated stage featuring some of the city’s most dynamic DJs and producers in one of the year’s most electrifying parties.
