Get ready to party, Athens! This New Year’s Eve, the city is pulling out all the stops with three festive events open to the public:
Syntagma Square:
- Musical Time Machine: Led by Phoebus Delivorias, join a journey through Athens’ history with live music, performances by Natassa Bofiliou, Martha Frintzila, and Thanasis Alevras, and a dazzling light show.
- Festive Opening: The evening kicks off with the Athens Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra, followed by a lively DJ set by Laternativ from En Lefko 87.7 radio.

Pedion tou Areos (Field of Mars):
- Melodic Celebration: Dance into the New Year with Christos Mastoras and his band, “Melisses,” performing their greatest hits.
- Charitable Concert: This event has a heart! Mastoras and Melisses will donate their fee to support vulnerable groups in the Attica Region.
- After Party: Keep the party going with music from MAD RADIO 106.2.

Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC):
- Musical Delights: Hosted by Jerome Kaloutas, the night begins with a performance by Ian Stratis, known for his energetic stage presence and genre-bending music.
- Spectacular Show: Witness the breathtaking choreography of the Canal Fountains, followed by dazzling fireworks illuminating the sky.
- Night Marathon: Be the first to participate in the SNF RUN: 2025 FIRST RUN, kicking off the new year with a healthy dose of exercise.
- Disco Extravaganza: Dance the night away with legendary DJ Nicola Lavacca, who will bring back the magic of 80s disco.
- Extended Hours: Enjoy ice skating and photo opportunities under the impressive lighting installations at the Ice Rink and Stavros Niarchos Park, which are open until 2 a.m.
- Festive Treats: Expect delicious treats and additional surprises throughout the evening.
