ARCADE at Sofia Songwriting Camp 2025 – A new creative challenge for Greece’s Eurovision composers – Eurovision News | Music

Another important international milestone has been added to the portfolio of ARCADE, the creative team consisting of Apostolos Malias, Damiano, Diveno and Pavlos Manolis. The successful music project is currently participating in the Sofia Songwriting Camp 2025, the very first international songwriting camp ever organized in Bulgaria.

The camp hosts songwriters, lyricists and producers from various countries, aiming to foster collaboration, exchange experiences and produce brand new tracks that could potentially make their way to the Eurovision Song Contest. For an entire week, Sofia becomes the beating heart of Europe’s music industry.

ARCADE are no strangers to the Eurovision community. In 2020, they penned “SUPERG!RL”, the entry that Stefania was set to perform for Greece before the contest was cancelled due to the pandemic. The following year, they returned with “Last Dance”, once again performed by Stefania, which took Greece to the Grand Final in Rotterdam, ultimately finishing in 10th place. More recently, ARCADE were behind “Asteromata”, performed by Klavdia at Eurovision 2025, bringing Greece back into the Top 10 with a 6th-place finish – the country’s best result since 2013.

Their presence at Sofia Songwriting Camp only raises expectations as to whether ARCADE will once again submit a song to this year’s Greek national final, continuing their strong involvement in the contest.

With eyes now set on Sofia, the question remains which new projects born during this camp will eventually reach the Eurovision stage – and if ARCADE will once again be among the creators to deliver a powerful entry for Greece.
