Ancient Greek wrestlers built superhuman strength using one highly overlooked exercise.
It develops insane power through the arms, back and grip – while forging iron core muscles.
This exercise was even used centuries later by Roman gladiators to develop crushing power for the arena.
This mystery exercise used by wrestlers like Milo and gladiators like Spartacus was DITCH DIGGING.
Digging with a shovel was seen as one of the BEST ways to build upper body strength in Ancient Greece.
This cool fact comes from my book on warriors.
You can find it on Amazon.

Great, I just need to buy a monthly membership at the local ditch and rent a shovel.
Ancient Greek use full body and natural and raw stuff(which worked both the bones and muscles) . Modern man only do isolated muscle from gym equipments and then gym/machines…

You need to eat right along with the training especially when you get older or you will fall apart .
BRB gonna dig my grave for gains
Yeah did that for a job for 2 months. You can stick that wherever you like as a job. It, ll for sure harden you up or trash ya back. Never dig with wet hands or sand on your shovel. Do both and in 5 minutes say goodbye to all the skin on your hands. $100 bucks a day in the mid 90s was okay but fuck that. I, ll find a less twisting movement. ✌🏻🇭🇲
Ditch digging, the perfect exercise for when you burry your haters
Construction workers will out work weight lifters in real life scenarios

lol… the biggest lie told the mindless to build empires.
Not true! You will build amazing muscle endurance and some strength yes but no its not great for pure strength and power at all. Digging trenches always got me in insane shape completely sculpted but did it increase my raw power and strength over lifting heavy objects? No. Its more of a endurance and muscle endurance exercise
Watched young workers carrying large packs of roof shingles up a tall ladder to the roof. They were thin and did not look like body builders.
