Tips
  • Salting cucumbers: Salting your cucumbers before making your tzatziki helps draw out excess moisture, preventing a runny tzatziki.
  • Lamb at room temperature: Allow the lamb to come to room temperature before grilling. This helps ensure the lamb stays tender.
  • Mixing flatbread dough by hand: You can mix the flatbread dough by hand if you don’t have a stand mixer.
  • Dough consistency: The dough will climb the hook when it’s getting close to being ready.
  • BBQ cooking: Your meat and flatbreads can easily be cooked on a BBQ, for added flavour.
