The Bay Area’s iconic Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley, the longest-running outdoor amphitheater in the United States, launched its highly-anticipated 2026 concert season with a powerhouse lineup of globally-renowned artists to one of the country’s most storied outdoor stages.
Operating continuously since 1903, and with Another Planet Entertainment as the exclusive promoter since 2004, the historic 8,500-capacity amphitheater will once again transform the Berkeley hills into a premier destination for live music under the stars in 2026, with performances from legendary and groundbreaking acts such as Bob Dylan, Jack Johnson, Jon Batiste, Jungle, Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds and many more.
Upcoming shows this month include Lewis Capaldi on May 3 and Alabama Shakes with special guest Nathaniel Rateliff on May 29 and 30. Concerts continue through the fall with the current lineup below, plus more to be announced. Tickets for all shows are now available HERE.
Recent venue upgrades further elevate the fan experience, including an expanded and regraded lawn for improved comfort and breathtaking sightlines, enhanced viewing decks and bars on both the North and South Terraces, additional concessions, and over 80 upgraded bathrooms.
The North Plaza, located right above the Box Office, remains a relaxing escape during shows as well, with an abundance of bathrooms (5x times as many compared to the South/Stadium side), specialty drinks, and additional artist merchandise offerings.
With tickets selling fast and even more artists to be revealed, the 2026 season is shaping up to be another major chapter in the Greek Theatre’s legacy.
