Spitz Mediterranean street food restaurant to open in Roseville in June 2026

A new Mediterranean street food restaurant is set to open in Roseville this summer, bringing a mix of Greek-inspired dishes and American favorites to a growing retail hub along Douglas Boulevard.

Spitz, a fast-casual restaurant known for its made-from-scratch menu, announced it will open a new location in June 2026 at 2030 Douglas Boulevard, Suite 30, inside Rocky Ridge Town Center.

The restaurant will offer a variety of Mediterranean-style dishes, including döner wraps, gyros, salads, bowls and loaded fries. Menu options will also include gluten-free, vegan, Paleo and keto-friendly items, along with a dedicated kids menu.

The Roseville location is expected to employ more than 15 people and is currently hiring for multiple positions.

“Spitz is about more than just great food. Each location is meant to be an active part of its local community, and Roseville is no exception,” founders Bryce Rademan and Robert Wicklund said in a statement.

The restaurant will be locally owned and operated by franchisees Sandeep Gill and Jaz Sibia, who have ties to the Roseville area.

In addition to its food offerings, Spitz plans to serve a selection of local craft beers, regional wines, sangria, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

The space will feature indoor seating for 45 guests and a 24-seat outdoor patio. Takeout, online ordering and delivery will also be available.

According to the company, the restaurant’s design will include colorful decor inspired by 1980s rock themes, along with artwork created by a local artist.

Spitz will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The new location will join other businesses at Rocky Ridge Town Center, including Jamba Juice, Sprouts Farmers Market, Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s Subs. It is also located near Kaiser Permanente’s Roseville campus and a short drive from Vernon Street Town Square.
