Reopening April 8, 2026, Sandblu Santorini returns as LXR Hotels & Resorts’ first retreat in Greece. Sandblu Santorini features six culinary venues, each offering a distinct take on the island’s flavors, from just-caught seafood to wines grown in volcanic soil. Nectar reframes Greek cuisine through a contemporary lens, while Plateia carries the day from breakfast to late dinners with views of the infinity pool and ocean. Aroma houses a 300-label cellar spanning local and international vintages, and mornings begin with warm pastries and artisanal coffee at Stari Bakery.
