So many inaccurate “facts” and stereotypes presented in this video. Over the last two years Greeks clocked among the highest working hours in the EU, yet you call them lazy. Have you done even the slightest amount of research on most of what you report in both of your pseudo documentaries on Greece and Athens?

Before the crisis, wages in Greece were among the highest in Europe. In recent years, wages have increased significantly, but today only 10% of workers receive the minimum wage (1026 euros, calculated over 12 months). Greeks pay 14 monthly salaries per year. Northern Greece enjoys 250 days of sunshine annually, while the south boasts over 300 (southern Crete and Rhodes even reach 320 days of sunshine annually). Greece produces not only olive oil but also many high-quality industrial products (food processing, aluminum manufacturing, solar panels etc.). Greece has far fewer homeless people than other European countries (especially Northern European ones) and its alcohol consumption and suicide rates are among the lowest in Europe. And it's called Gyros, not Doner Kebab like in your home country Germany; it costs 4 euros, not 6-7 euros, and comes from Greece, not Anatolia. A 90-square-meter apartment in a reasonably priced neighborhood in Athens costs about 600 euros, a studio apartment 400 euros
