Opening Spring 2026, Conrad Corfu is set to redefine luxury hospitality on Greece’s Ionian coastline. Positioned along a secluded beachfront on Corfu’s southern shore, the resort introduces a refined, design-led escape that blends contemporary elegance with deep respect for the island’s cultural and architectural heritage.
Managed by Numo Hotels & Resorts, the 136-key property joins Conrad’s international portfolio while asserting a distinctly Greek identity rooted in place, creativity and slow luxury.

A Luxury Resort on Corfu’s Southern Coast
Set against olive groves and calm Ionian waters, Conrad Corfu occupies a privileged stretch of coastline with a 200-metre beachfront, indoor and outdoor heated pools, and expansive landscaped gardens. At the heart of the resort sits the Aqua Piazza, a signature lagoon conceived as a social and visual threshold between architecture and sea.
While Corfu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lies around an hour away, the surrounding landscape reflects the quieter rhythms of the south. Small harbours, local villages and the nearby Achilleion Palace lend cultural depth to a setting designed for privacy and immersion.

Design that Connects Architecture, Landscape and Light
The resort’s architecture reimagines an existing 1986 structure, retaining its arcaded façades while opening sightlines towards the shoreline. The design approach prioritises flow and clarity, guiding guests from arrival through shaded colonnades to the sea.
A limestone-floored arrival hall doubles as a gallery for contemporary Greek art, while a glass-roofed atrium evokes the openness of Corfu’s public squares. A Palladiana-style marble walkway leads the eye and body towards the Aqua Piazza lagoon.
Architecture and exteriors are by Cube Concept, led by Aria Lironi and Charis Markodimitrakis, with interiors by Hotel IM in collaboration with Place in Space Architects.

Rooms, Suites and Villas Designed for Privacy
Guest accommodation begins at 35 square metres, with rooms, suites and villas offering private heated pools, jacuzzis or direct access to the Aqua Piazza. Interiors are grounded in a natural palette of terracotta, stone and layered greens, accented by bespoke travertine detailing and sculptural lighting.
The standout accommodation is a 280-square-metre, four-bedroom villa, designed for total privacy with a custom outdoor terrace and pool overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Dining Led by Greek Culinary Talent
Food and drink form a central pillar of the Conrad Corfu experience. The signature fine-dining restaurant is led by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, whose menus reinterpret Greek flavours through modern technique.
Additional venues include an all-day restaurant inspired by Corfiot traditions, a beachfront restaurant, and two bars serving cocktails and Greek and Mediterranean wines. Materials such as Thebes-yellow marble, travertine and timber create continuity between dining spaces and the wider resort design.

Wellness, Culture and Creative Collaboration
The spa draws on classical bathhouse geometry, featuring a vitality pool, infrared sauna, snow shower and treatment rooms offering ONAR and Swissline skin-wellness therapies. Fitness programming includes yoga, Pilates and TRX sessions held indoors and outdoors.
A dedicated kids club, operated in partnership with Worldwide Kids, is designed as a treehouse-style micro-village among olive trees and eucalyptus.
Art and culture are embedded throughout the resort via “Anasynthesis”, a property-wide art programme curated by Saint of Athens founder Nikos Paleologos. Commissioned works by leading Greek artists place Conrad Corfu in dialogue with the island’s layered histories.

A New Chapter for Luxury Hospitality in Greece
Owned by the Troulis family and managed by Numo Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Corfu extends a design-led Greek hospitality narrative into the Ionian. With its emphasis on architecture, gastronomy and collaboration with Greek creatives, the resort positions itself as both sanctuary and cultural connector.
