2:01 I saw Nigella Lawson make a stew (I think Moroccan) with lamb shanks and she said the beauty of lamb shanks is that they are definitely cheaper than the leg of lamb and has more flavor. She said the same thing about shoulder of lamb.
There’s a town called Marietta a few miles from where I live in South Central Pennsylvania, doubt it’s the same town, we’re in farm country and EVERYONE would have heard about it
