“Sing For Greece 2026” Songs Will Be Released On January 17-18 – ESCBEAT


For the 2nd year in a row, Greece will select its Eurovision entry via the national selection “Sing For Greece – Ethnikós Telikós”.
Greek broadcaster ERT revealed more details regarding the selection process.

As part of the show “Eurovision GR“, the hosts Kelly Vranaki and Thanos Papachamos declared that the national selection show will be released in 2 parts:

  • Semi-final 1 songs will be released on Saturday, January 17th
  • Semi-final 2 songs will be released on Sunday, January 18th

Last week, ERT revealed the 28 semi-finalists for “Sing for Greece – Ellinikós Telikós 2026

Semi-Final 1:

“Sing For Greece Ethnikós Telikós 2026″ – Known Details

  1. This time, the selection will feature 2 semi-finals and a final (unlike last year, where the selection included a final only).
  2. The shows will be held in February 2026, probably in the second week of the month.
  3. 14 songs will compete in each semi-final, with 7 qualifying to the final. The semi-final results will be based on 100% public votes.
  4. In the final, the results will be based on a 50% public vote, a 25% national jury vote, and a 25% international jury vote.

Greece will compete in semi-final 1 (May 12th).
The country was drawn to perform in the first half of the show.

Eurovision 2026 will be held in Vienna, Austria, on May 12th, 14th, and 16th, 2026.
