Thank you for the meatball tip for tender balls (I know how I worded this comment).
Luv your recipies and podcast! You and wife do great job together❣️. And of course your son for taste tests 🫶
I have made this dish five times… Follow the recipe to a T…. Every time just as good as the last. Excellent recipe.
I'm Greek-Canadian, If I had a restaurant it would be called, "Lemon, Lemon and Lemon." Love your channel!
Cannot wait to try!! And I just love this family.❤
I like my tzatziki sauce with grated cucumber and dill.
Luv your. recipe podcasts (or whatever you call this). You two are fun! And recipes are great!!!
Oh yea this is so good, Tzaztiki goes with this
WHAT THE HELL??? HAS HELL FROZEN OVER??? A non-Italian or American-Italian dish?!?! lol
im going to try it, looks great
It is not o x o , it's Oxo !
I would put dill in the white sauce!
RAiata is cucumber
from australia… those are small potatoes????
Tough crowd 😂😂😂 for me, watching my man creating dinner !!!! 😮. Is a solid 10 ❤
New to your channel. Love your relaxed approach to cooking. That's how I roll. Use your own brain and food experiences and inspirations to guide when cooking. No need to be taken over by a recipe. Awesome your whole family is involved.
I just travelled to Greece (love this country❤) making this for my husbands birthday today! Thanks guys the best cooking channel!!! ❤
Mint with Lamb is a Greek Classic.
Thanks for the recipe and the "White Sauce with garlic. ".
That flashing of the ingredient list at the beginning is next level love it
Thanks
Nice recipe! I am Greek so I need to add mint and oregano for sure to the meatballs! Also, Greeks are all about the crispy, roasted lemon potatoes! I love ladolemono sauce, especially on fish/seafood!!
Shake it off James!!!
I like this dude. You explain the whys very casually which makes it very digestable and your cooking like a person would at home, not like someone on a cooking show. Makes it easy to remeber the recipe. Glad I found this channel.
I’m from Greek descent. My Greek mom would make this dish. The meatballs would be more paddy style and she would put pees in the dish. Please try it. And of course a chunk of feta and bread to dip in juices
i also soak my breadcumbs/oatmeal in with the egg and some stock /dressing , use water if i don't have those
white halal sauce is tahini (chick pea or cashew and yogart) sauce not tazki
We (Im Greek) use lemon and olive oil on nearly everything we even use both on most of our steamed vegetables
Thanks i use Celsius 😅 🇬🇧. Looks so good. Can't wait to make it. 🎉
Add nutmeg to meat!!
I wanna try those meatballs with some mint! Got tons of it in the garden!
Thank-you! I've always just put meatballs directly into my sauces and everybody says they are the most tender they've had. It works😊
First time commenter, but not the first recipe of yours that I tried. Made this one as the first cook on my new range. It was a dish that met the occasion. So good, I had to let the channel know. Nutmeg, ya that was the ticket.
This looks scrumdiddlyumptious! May I ask, can you taste the mustard in the lemon sauce? I don't like mustard.
I love your videos! One things I've always wondered is about the "teaspoon" measurements I see here and on other videos. I'm all about the flavour and eye-balling measurements, but no way that's 2 teaspoons of Dijon and Oregano!
