Greek Chicken Gyros with Tzaziki… easy, absolutely packed with flavour and a must-try if you love Mediterranean food. The chicken is tender and juicy in the middle with just the right amount of crispy bits. And don’t skip the mustard! It gives the chicken a delicious tang and helps the seasonings to stick. I also highly recommend making this on your Traeger Grill for an incredible wood-fired flavour and perfectly even cooking. Serve the gyros as a platter with some salad, rice and potatoes or wrap it in a fresh flatbread with homemade tzatziki, tomato, onion and a dusting of smoked paprika. Perfect for a weekend get together or meal prep for the week
