Batavia, N.Y. — Mathew Belk of Greece was arrested on Saturday for larceny, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
Belk is accused of stealing property from a person while at the Genesee County Jail.
He is currently being held at the jail pending arraignment.
