Dolmades are a beloved Greek appetizer, and today I’m sharing my family’s recipe! We’ll be using vine leaves, aromatic herbs, and perfectly cooked rice to create these little bundles of flavor. INGREDIENTS:
– 2 onions
– 10-12 green onions
– some dill
– spearmint
– 130 ml olive oil
– 250 g rice
– juice from 1-2 lemons
– salt and pepper
– 50-60 vine leaves
– 400 ml of water
For the lemon juice
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp flour
– 300 ml hot water
– salt and pepper
