This was a great video Diane. I will try them all. Everything you made looks delicious and appetizing. I come from a mezze country and I love mezze.
Today I made some Lebanese mezze myself. Steamed Swiss chard with tahini and yogurt and of course garlic and lemon juice, fried vegetables (eggplant, tomato, green and yellow peppers, onion, garlic), basturma, and keofte kabobs topped with raw parsley, raw mint, raw onions and sumac, and… Greek salad of course. 😊
It surprises me though why aren’t there more comments and more viewers to your videos . They’re fantastic and unusual. 🤔
Has anyone tried to bake the frtters instead of frying?
Love the Greek parsley salad! No need for cheese in it.
👍👍👍
Great video. What EVOO do you use?
Not only the food looks so good and healthy but the views of the islands are stunningly gorgeous!
