Coffee shop owners will be celebrating a year in business by serving up a Greek night with live music and a buffet.
Thea Coffee Shop on High Street, Long Sutton was opened by sisters Vasiliki and Aimiliana Nastou last October.
Tickets are still available for the evening event on Saturday (October 4) which will feature performances from Hara Ioannidou, Mario Christofi and Theo Liddel.
Vasiliki said: “Reaching one year is a proud moment.
“I am thankful for the journey so far.
“I can’t wait to see what the next year brings.”
Since the cafe opened in early September the family-run business has proved popular, with a menu that includes chicken gyros, lamb skewers and sandwiches.
First time business owner Vasiliki moved from North London after finding the High Street premises to rent and they hoped the venture would create job opportunities in the town.
Saturday’s buffet will include traditional Greek dishes such as hummus, pasties, cheeses. kebabs, salad, breads and meats.
The café offers a sit in and takeaway service and it will close at 3pm on Saturday to allow for preparations for the evening.
