What is the Atlanta Greek Festival?

The Atlanta Greek Festival is the city’s biggest celebration of Greek culture! That includes, food, artisan crafts, music and dancing, and so much more. The Greek Festival started off small, with just a few families celebrating, but has since turned into a massive festival for everyone in the ATL to enjoy.
The festival says,
This year, we invite you to Return to the Village. It’s the same festival you know and love but with the feeling of returning to a place like home. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, you’ll be welcomed like family. Taste the food, hear the music, walk through history, and create your own story in a village brought to life.
What can Greek-festival attendees expect?

Tons of Greek fun! Festival-goers can expect:
- Greek music and dancing: traditional Greek bands and vibrant folk dancing
- Delicious food: authentic Greek food made with love from gyros and pastitsio to loukoumades and baklava
- Greek Religious teachings: a guided tour of our beautiful Cathedral and explore the meaning behind its icons, art, and architecture.
