Blues, Brews, BBQ & Bourbon – Saturday, October 11th
If you love craft beer, live music, world class BBQ, and delicious whiskey, this event is for you! On October 11th, 2025, we are putting on an event unlike anything Savannah has seen before. When you come, you will have unlimited tastings of over 50 craft beers, multiple whiskeys, and other drinks. Savannah Greek Festival
The Savannah Greek Festival is an annual cultural celebration showcasing the rich heritage of the Greek community in Savannah, Georgia. Held over three days each fall, the festival features traditional Greek food, pastries, music, and lively dance performances. Tybee Island Pirate Festival – October 9-12th
The Tybee Island Pirate Festival is a lively annual event that transforms Tybee Island into a swashbuckling seaside adventure. Held each October, the festival celebrates pirate lore with costume contests, live music, parades, and themed entertainment for all ages. Attendees, many dressed as pirates, enjoy food vendors, arts and crafts, and kids’ activities at the Pirate Village. The highlight is the rollicking Pirate Parade, drawing crowds in festive spirit. Italian Heritage Festival -Hilton Head Island – Saturday, October 18th
Not in Savannah, but very much worth considering is the Italian Heritage Festival. Savannah is doing its best to catch up, but the best Italian food in the region is on Hilton Head Island. As such, their yearly Heritage Festival is outstanding.
For six years, the Italian Heritage Festival has brought fun, family and great food to the Lowcountry. Hosted by the Italian-American Heritage Club, the Italian Heritage festival proceeds are donated to a local charity from around the Lowcountry area every year. There’s a grape stomping competition, as well as pizza making competition, the Italian Heritage Festival brings cultural awareness and fun to the Lowcountry area at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn. Family friendly, but no pets allowed.
Shalom Y’all Jewish Food Festival – November 9, 2025
Each fall, Savannah’s beautiful Monterey Square comes alive with the sights, sounds, and irresistible smells of the Shalom Y’all Jewish Food Festival—a beloved community tradition hosted by Congregation Mickve Israel. Now in its 36th year, the festival draws thousands of locals and visitors for a day filled with delicious food, lively entertainment, and cultural celebration.
More than 30 food booths line the square, offering a rich variety of traditional Jewish fare from both Ashkenazi and Sephardic traditions. Festival-goers can savor classics like matzo ball soup, latkes with applesauce, stuffed cabbage, and brisket.
