One chopped her own daughter 👧 other leave her daughter breatheless, both from unrelated nations, and age.first one thought her husband is cheated,second’s husband were cold and ignorant- both ladies were mentally cooked and pissed of their life,cause there were other kids too. Their hisbands were cold and didnt heard plea of their wife.So they went Mad.

And you see, Medea was never punished by the gods for what she did. The reason being her actions had the approval of the Gods on their side. First when she betrayed her family for Jason Hera, Jason Patron Goddess, was egging her on. Then when Jason exiled Medea and tried to marry the other princess, Hera, absolutely not happy with Jasons actions as they were like more or less a direct insult to her authority, just let Medea cook. Needless to say being High Priestess of Helios and his Granddaughter made her more than qualified for the job. She made sure Jason would repent his actions till her curse of him being crushed under the crumbling monument of his only achievement came true quite literally when Jason was crushed to death under the rotting prow of the Argo which fell on him when he was sleeping one night.
Edit:- Also i forgot to add, In exiling Medea he not only pissed of Hera but he also broke the oath of marriage. Angering ZEUS. The God of Oaths. HE SUCCESSFULLY PISSED OF BOTH HERA AND ZEUS. WOULDYA LOOK AT THAT

Another thing that Medea did for Jason was kill his uncle that said that he was going to let Jason become king(but he was just tricking him), which ultimately led to both of their exiles from Jasons kingdom. Not sure if she killed someone else,
Also the reason she was especially pissed off was because he had said that he will love her forever, that was the reason she went with him, only for him to say that 'since they were married in another kingdom, and now they're in a new one, their marriage doesnt count'.
Anyways their love was a lie from the start, since when Jason was in trouble Eros(cupid) was sent to shoot arrows at both of them so that Medea, being a powerful sorceress would help Jason
So she punished the bride and not the man that hurt and betray her. Typical woman behaviour. It's an ancient curse.
Poor children…
Thing about medea is that she never got punished for killing all those people and her children. Which means that she still had the gods' favor. Unlike jason who alienated his patron, hera, by being unfaithful
