A tableau immortalized in Eurípides’ tragedy The Trojan Women – After Troy’s fiery fall, its ruin haunts gods and mortals alike. Athena and Poseidon, furious at Greek sacrilege, vow to wreck the victors’ voyage home with storms and lightning. Amid smoking rubble Queen Hecuba learns her daughters’ grim fates, Cassandra raves of Agamemnon’s murder and Odysseus’s cursed wanderings, and Andromache’s baby Astyanax is hurled from the walls. Helen faces Menelaus’s cold justice as Troy burns, its women marched to slavery while the gods plot bitter revenge.

All Greek mythology tragedies stem from the Gods and Goddesses whims and pettiness
Helen and Paris fault brought death to Troy
Interesting that a married woman decides to go after Paris and then both her and Paris acts shocked and superised when her husband comes to get her back with an army.
Its almost like the war was caused by a woman or something, true Paris could also have said no as well and nothing would have happened but again the wilds of a woman vs a man trying to resist temptation and it's pretty easy to see who looses that one.
Strictly speaking, the wedding of Peleus and Thetis didn't have someone very important on the guest list. That, and who caused the marriage in the first place might have had something to do with the war.
I want to see a story where all the Greek gods stand in a Nuremberg-like trial for their crimes against humanity.
Hekate cursed the Greeks after ALL what they did, I guess Greeks are really cursed since then
i hate paris from the bottom of my heart, they will never make me like you paris.
The story of troy is highly up to debate on what really happened.
All because a royal prince had to SIMP for a used up 304.
That sounds familiar to a modern British story.
In truth the city of Troy was an AI hub.
I suppose there is no nice way to sack a city. Guess they messed up, forgetting about Athena.
Nice video. What programs do you use for your content?
''Fortune rota volvitur: ''The wheel of Fortune turns;

But Paris settled in a place called Gaul.
atena enojada porque mancillaron su altar y no la eligieron como la mas hermosa se zarpa un día se enoja con uno y al otro dia con otro
One of the few flaws I see with the artistic design is that the armor of the soldiers is more Roman than Greek.
In the end, Troy got the last laugh. Many of the first people to build and settle Rome claimed to have been descendants of refugees from the Trojan War.
And Rome conquered Greece. Which means the descendants of the Trojans destroyed the destroyer of their ancestors and got their vengeance.
Que buen video!!!!!!!❤
1:35 what do u expect but u got to admit they are not true monsters they still have morals
Personally my favourite Greek play. I hate what happened to each, but I love the Angst and tragedy's portrayal
I remember doing a play like this in high school and it was amazing. It was so much fun getting to play a Trojan woman who is part of the chorus. ❤👍🏻😁
So ,Greeks had human sacrifice too
The narrator really takes huge liberties with the dialogue. I bet nothing close to what was being said happened they probably weren't when together. Who knows??? Good story though
I always supported Troy while reading Iliad. They were literally just defending themselves against invaders and destroyers. The fall of Troy is one of history's biggest disappointments.
Joke on Cassandra, Odysseus still made it back alive
I swear living under salty and petty Greek gods where one wrong move gives damnation. I’d file for a restraining order 😂😂
Kratos was right to annihilate the Olympians!!
9:19 Hector is to be thrown to Tartarus alongside Andromache for selling their son out, UNFORGIVABLE!!
love the female voice acting
And the boys were put down on the spot…
Oh well.
El hijo de Andromaca era un bebe no un niño
