tylixto and thanasis isd only for tourist no one from greece will go there to eat. we have very best restaurant from them.
you miss alot. all this is restaurant for tourist.if you want to eat afthendick greek gyros or sea food you have to ask some greeks/
Also you dont say O and then Thanasis…its altogether…. othanasis. And its not with t its like you pronounce th in athens like the greek letter θ. Thanassis is a male name and o is the article for males. And you dont emphasize the s letters… greek s is more fat in pronouncing. Also you dont say oou for o… its only o itself… its not the english one like when we say o in word alone… its more like to the o in the word offer.
Also in tylixto the x is not like the x in word taxi its like the sound of h in the word have… somits tylihto but with x ok. To pronounce the sound x like in word taxi we use our letter and thats it; Ξ, ξ By changing the sound of x at the word tylixto you changed accidentally to imperative mood like saying someone to wrap it right now with the papper. Hope this was fun helpful and useful. Ill pray for you that you find one day a real authentic greek restaurant. ❤❤❤
Dont go to tourist restaurants. Food there is 90,% fried fried potatoes fried veggies fried meat fried fried fried…and tzatziki is not the traditional one with real yoghurt. Also no one use extra virgin olive oil of superior quality..they save money by mixing it with other liquids make it less dense and flavoured. It doesn't worth 100 euros for 2 for such low quality. Before 2021 you could pay 40 for 2 now they have doubled prices everywhere here… accommodation supermarkets restaurants… With all poverty around I really doubt if there's any pure greek traditional restaurant anymore out there… Ooh by the way im Greek who lives in Athens years and years.
