Panegyri Greek Festival Celebrates 5o Years
CINCINNATI, OH – Holy Trinity-St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church is proud to announce the 50th annual Panegyri Greek Festival, June 27-29, 2025. A festival 50 years in the making! Experience the heart of Greek culture with delicious homemade dishes, live music and warm hospitality. Cincinnati, it’s time to shout ‘OPA!’ as we bring Greece to you once again with the city’s most beloved festival!
Panegyri Event Highlights:
· Live Music and Dance: Special guest from Greece, contemporary hip-hop artist, MASTER TEMPO will join the stage with George Karras and the Kakias Brothers. Both traditional and modern Greek music and dance will offer a vibrant demonstration of our culture.
· Authentic Cuisine: We’re serving up homemade favorites that have been passed down through generations. From the grilled flavors of gyros and souvlaki to the hearty comfort of tiropitas and moussaka, our menu offers a variety of savory dishes. Indulge in a tempting spread of homemade cookies and pastries, including baklava, always a fan favorite! Be sure to try Laconian by Madtree, a limited-edition Greek-style lager brewed exclusively for the Panegyri!
· Church Tours: Step inside the breathtaking Holy Trinity-St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and experience its stunning neo-Byzantine architecture, vibrant iconography and timeless beauty.

Panegyri Kick-Off Event, ZORBA on the SQUARE
Calling All Greeks! Greek for a day or Greek for life. Join us at Fountain Square on Tuesday, June 24th at 11:30am as we kick off our 50th Panegyri with ZORBA on the SQUARE. We’ll start off with a few of our talented and experienced dancers on stage with George Karras on his Bouzoukia. A special address from the city mayor officially honors this milestone and then, it’s YOUR turn! Learn the iconic Zorba dance from our tutorial video, then join us. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, this is your chance to be part of a memorable and fun-filled experience! Oloi Mazi! All Together!
