As a travel-loving foodie, I love sharing how simple dishes can bring the world to your table. But to begin with, I chat about my love for picking up fresh bread from charming French bakeries and—yes,—the last Plymouth Argyle update of the season ! All while I’m dreaming of the Greek Islands. 🤭
Follow along as I guide you step by step to create the perfect Greek Salad dressing in a Greek dish loaded with juicy tomatoes, cucumber, and creamy feta. Plus, an easy, refreshing Greek tzatziki recipe that’s bursting with garlic – oh and definitely feel free to add fresh herbs if you have them – dill or mint would work fabulously.

Ooh that looks nom noms, so simpe and one of my favorites.
Wow! Just wow! I made this and it’s going to be my ”go to”. I’ve been a bit tired of my usual salad with French dressing and balsamic vinegar (albeit livened up with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing that I was introduced to in America last year). But this is just wonderful. No olives, but everything else as you instructed – though it’s hard to match your level of excited enthusiasm (I love it). Another winner and put together so quickly. I had it with fresh baguette. My third Tan’s Cooking Club dish and every one added to my list of favourites. Thank you…and keep ‘em coming. PS: I hope you and your lovely garden weren’t affected by the awful floods this week.
Looks great. Is there any substitute for feta cheese? I know that is sacrilegious but just in case there is none available…
I've put it all on my list definitely making that for dinner tomorrow can't wait it looks delicious. Keep sharing and cooking I enjoy watching your videos.
You promised it, you did it and, look, there are my key words – “quick” and “easy”. Looks delicious. I’ll certainly be trying this one. Thank you. Very nicely presented video. And after all that excitement I need a cuppa and a sit down. (And I spotted your sister’s artwork of my local beach, right behind you. Love it. I have one too.)
Love it…another brilliant, entertaining and educational video…. off to France to get the ingredients!
looking forward to the next installment… keep it up
