I call out to those who think that Turks are nomadic. The rules and names are put in the strong ones.

To all Turks who think that Greek food is Turkish. Turks came to Europe as nomads, mainly from the steppes. Their cuisine was geared towards their nomadic way of life. Their cuisine was simple. They had few vegetables and no ovens because they moved around. Their cuisine was meat-heavy and included far-fetched products that could be preserved for a long time. When they came to Anatolia, they found a rich, highly developed Greek/Byzantine cuisine with influences from Europe/Rome, Persia and the Caucasus. They adopted these. Just as they adopted and assimilated the people, they also adopted the cities already built by the locals. Dishes such as moussaka, pastizio and pita are not Turkish inventions simply because the Turks came as colonialists and adopted the existing cuisine. Even the supposed Turkish desserts are mostly of Byzantine-Persian origin, who have been developing the art of baking for centuries. It is absolutely illusory to claim that nomadic Turks invented these dishes. In the Ottoman Empire, of course, the Ottomans developed these dishes further together with Greeks and Armenians. Nevertheless, most of today's dishes in Turkey have their origins in Greek-Byzantine and Persian-influenced cuisine and not in Central Asian nomadic cuisine.
