Greetings from Greece! I’m Eva and I welcome you to my chanel!
Here together we are going to cook the most delicious Greek dishes and some of the most Traditional Greek Recipes!
Moussaka!!! The Most Famous Greek Recipe!!! Absolutely Delicious!!!
Ingredients:
Μinced meat Meat Pork and Beef Mixed
Chopped Tomatoes in can
Eggplants & Potatoes
For the cream above “Besamel”
Milk, eggs, corn flour
Olive oil, Salt and Pepper
We cook theminced meat with Chopped Tomatoes in can
We fry the potatoes and the eggplants
We make the cream for above, we put the milk in a pot and we add corn flour, the above oil, salt and pepper and we mix them very well. We boil until its thick and makes bubbles.
In an oven pan we lay the potatoes, the eggplants, we add the minced meat sauce, the cream “Besamel” and ready for the oven. We bake until the “Besamel” becomes like gold.

    Πώς βλέποντας το βίντεο βγήκε ο πατέρας Παρθενιος με την ψαρόσουπα μόνο εγώ μπορούσα να το πάνω….😁😁😁😁😁💖💖💖💖💖💖🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿είσαι φίλη μου φτιαχνουμε τον ίδιο τρόπο την μπεσαμέλ….μόνο που κυρίως στο παστίτσιο προσθέτω λίγο μοσχοκάρυδο κ τυρί γκούντα η κεφαλοτυρι η μυζήθρα ….η λίγο από όλα….🥰
