First, the 50th annual Greek Festival returns to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral May 23 – 25, highlighting Greek culture via food, music and dance. Savor homemade Greek cuisine and pastries and marketplace shopping while watching Hellenic dance performances.

On Sunday, May 25 audiences can enjoy the tunes of two of music’s most iconic figures at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center’s “Billy vs. Elton”. Beau St. Pierre and Rick English take on the roles of Sir Elton John and Billy Joel; expect to hear their greatest hits played live.

On Memorial Day, May 26 attend a free commemoration at the National WWII Museum to remember those who paid the ultimate price defending our country. In addition to remarks by family members of service members who have passed, the day will also feature musical performances by the Victory Belles.

Finally, on Monday afternoon, May 26 beat the heat at The Pool Club: the Virgin Hotel’s rooftop bar and pool. Starting at 2 p.m., The Pool Club hosts its Heat Check Memorial Day pool party. Enjoy delicious cocktails, stunning views, and tasty bites: there’ll also be music by Pretty Nasty and OTTO.
