Stockholm, May 18, 2025 – Greece’s Klavdia delivered a stunning performance at the Eurovision 2025 grand final, earning 6th place and marking the country’s best result in the competition in recent years.
The 22-year-old, wrapped in the Greek flag, shared her joy and gratitude in an emotional statement moments after the results were announced. “I feel like a winner,” Klavdia told cameras. “I dreamed of fifth place, but sixth is just as incredible. We did this together, and I’m eternally grateful to everyone who supported me.”
Klavdia’s performance of the purely Greek song Asteromata captivated audiences, with the public’s votes serving as “the cherry on top,” she said. Reflecting on the challenge of presenting a unique entry, she added, “Sixth place is a victory for a song so different from what we’ve sent before.”
The young artist also expressed her admiration over receiving a call from legendary singer Nana Mouskouri, among other peers, highlighting the overwhelming support she felt throughout her Eurovision journey.
