This is the fourth location to celebrate a grand opening in NoVA in the past two weeks.
Big Greek Cafe celebrated several NoVA grand openings last week, and this Friday is Sterling’s turn. Bring your friends and an appetite for gyros at this day-long Greek celebration event.
From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on May 2, customers at the Sterling location can receive one free gyro per person. Besides free food, there will also be live and authentic Greek music, fun raffle prizes, and beyond-friendly staff.
This is Big Greek Cafe’s fourth grand opening in the last two weeks, following new locations that debuted in Alexandria on April 21, Leesburg on April 24, and Oakton on April 25.

The Maryland-based brand started in 2009 and now has 13 locations around Northern Virginia and Maryland (plus one more coming soon to Owings Mill in Maryland). Its varied menu is full of classic Greek bites, including gyro, falafel, and souvlaki pitas; a Hercules burger with tzatziki and feta; and special meals like grilled lamb chops, moussaka, and pastitsio.
