You don't put Mozzarella in the Moussaka but Kefalograviéra. That was very "internationalized" Greek Food Guga! For real Greek food you must go to Greece Guga φίλε! …And Guga, what do you mean "vegetables don't have a lot of flavor"? Maybe in the US but in the Mediterranean φίλε μου, they have!

You should have understood that there was something very wrong 🤭 When they showed you a "Kebab" as a traditional Greek Food 😂 Half of Greek food is directly traditional Turkish food and other half is a cheap copy of the traditional Turkish foods. 🤣 😂

In fact, Greek cuisine is not very much based on meat. Has many vegetarian dishes based on legumes and vegetables , fish dishes, as well as local pastas and beautiful deserts.
Μουσακάς με κολοκυθάκι, μπεσαμέλ χωρίς roux και κεμπάπ που στην ουσία είναι κοντοσούβλι ή σασλικ ποντιακό, θα ξεχάσω και τα βασικά…

Using mozzarella for mousakas seems kinda mad to be honest. Must be to achieve that burnt pizza look americans are familiar with rather than for depth of flavour
Bechamel + cheese is now Mornay sauce
Moussaka = easy to make 👍
