Robertsdale, Ala. – (OBA) – In December 2024, Baldwin County saw growth in both closed sales and average sales prices. Countywide, property sales rose by 97 units. Resort and island-based properties in the area recorded a 4.5% increase in average sales prices, reaching $795,077. Meanwhile, traditional residential properties experienced a 6.7% rise, with average prices climbing to $425,624.
