The evening of December 19, 2024, Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral’s A. Fantis School in Brooklyn, New York celebrated the Nativity season with a community-wide Christmas program.
Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne and Dean of the Cathedral Fr. Evagoras Constantinides and children from the school welcomed the Archbishop to this annual gathering. His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America offered Christmas greetings to the community, emphasizing the importance of children and stressing that we ought to learn from them and be thankful for their presence in our parishes, schools, and families.
Following His Eminence’s remarks, the school’s students performed with infectious excitement, sharing Christmas carols and a Nativity play.
