I would have wanted at least three pieces. That looks delicious. Our local restaurant used to make that, but stopped about 20 years ago. They claimed it was expensive to make and a lot of work. I know it's work, because my mother and I made it about 15 years ago. But that was the cook complaining about the work at the restaurant. You make it looks easy. I'd want 3 pieces.
